Installation is fairly straightforward, but usage instructions are lack luster. The wireless controller looks and feels cheap and the instructions don’t match the controller layout. IF there are 20 different warnings, they are certainly a mystery to find given the lack of adequate usage instructions included.The picture shows made in the USA, but there are no markings anywhere on the product received showing as such. There is also a lack of information from the seller in regards to returns, Amazon defaults to saying product isn’t eligible through Amazon’s return system, something about hazardous products and materials. I’m personally not happy with this purchase, but am apparently stuck with what I received. I will certainly be looking for a more traditional unit to replace this disappointment.Not sure where they got the ‘thickness’ rating from/for and the value for the money is extremely debatable given the above information.

It don't work im a first responder I don't have mo ey to waste..now that I bought and I stalled it ..the remote doesn't work I think you should take this back and send me a whelen or Phoenix siren that does work..look at the reviews on this why are you selling garbage if you suppose to be the best at what you do..I can't run just lights without a siren it's illegal..we are the best at what we do and don't short cut our gear

Worked for a week now won’t work at all, can’t return it. Can’t get a reply from seller. I’d advise to avoid this product. It’s just throwing money away.

Apparently I was merely renting this, as the power connector to the remote control detached from the circuit board making the entire unit useless. I have had this less than one year and I am unable to contact the seller to acquire a new remote. $80 down the drain.

Not at all sealed a little moisture inside box and it fails to work
