Love the clock, so much I ordered a second one in a different color, and I just may order a third. Colors are soft. The white color is more of a cream color and the green is soft green color. I love it has NO ticking sound and that there is no beam of light shining in the room. To view the time in middle of night just push and hold the button on back and the face lights up and then release button and it goes off. Packaging for shipping is really done nicely! Thanks for a great product!

I bought this clock simply to know when the minute was up for rinsing my mouth with mouth wash. Of course it has a second hand. It's a pretty, basic looking, little clock. I can't remember the last time I put batteries in it. So I guess it runs a long time on the batteries, or battery. I can't remember if it uses one or two.

The alarm clock seems to be perfect in every way. It is attractive and reasonably priced. We've had the product for less than a month, but so far, no complaints. Surprisingly, there are no annoying clicking sounds to keep you up at night, and the clock keeps time correctly, and the sound wakes up even the deepest sleeper.A second clock was ordered for our guest room because I was so impressed with the first purchase. Currently, I would highly recommend the alarm clock. The real test will come with time, but so far, it is fantastic.

The media could not be loaded. I am skeptical about most advertising claims, but frankly, I found nothing to dislike about this bedside or deskside, simply-designed-but-highly-functional alarm clock. There is a video clip, with sound, attached to demonstrate its totally silent movement, which reminds one of the old, silent electric clocks - or maybe the smoothness of a Rolex timepiece. The alarm itself has more than adequate loudness to wake you from across a large bedroom - if necessary. Bought the first one for my spouse, because she can literally hear a pin drop across the room. I loved it myself, so I'm purchasing another for my office. If you truly consider "silence is golden", I highly recommend you put this product to that test.

All of the good words others have written on this clock are true. It is accurate and quiet. I hear no ticking from the second hand; that could partly be because the second hands "sweeps" (or very close to it) like a plug in the wall electric clock. The case is made of metal. The alarm is easy to set. The alarm sound increases in volume every several seconds. That's a nice feature. The only negative per se is that there is no luminescence on the hands or face / numbers of the clock. Nothing, it's dark. However, there is a white colored button on the back of the clock that when pressed shines a light near the #2 on the face and then the time is very readable. I definitely recommend this clock. The price is fair. I plan to buy another one before Biden-bucks (inflation) increases the price.Just to add: I bought this to replace my classic yellow plastic Braun quartz made in Germany clock that has been working perfectly well for 15 years. It still runs perfectly, but three other very similar / same model Brauns that I bought 30 years ago in Germany all quit functioning properly about 15 years ago. I now see my same yellow model Braun on E-Bay for $250. Crazy.

Great clock for the price. I've only used the alarm once. Woke me up immediately. Bought this as back up for those times in southern Louisiana when we have bad storms and my power goes out and every electronic appliance in my house is flashing from power failure. I like that there's a button in the back to press to turn the light on, so it's not using up battery juice keeping it lit all the time - only when needed. Big enough numbers for me to see from a distance but not too big and taking up too much space on my bedside table. I'm very happy with this so far and I plan to use it as a backup alarm clock to my phone's alarm, for getting up for work bright and early in the near future.

This clock is the perfect size for my nightstand and QUIET! I like the simple, but nice looking design (it looks exactly the same as the photos show). It is also easy to read from a distance. You have to hold down the button for the night light to come on and it does not stay down until you continue to hold down the button, but that is minor for me and not something I really need. I have not used it as an alarm clock so I can't speak to that feature.

Have to set this alarm for 40 minutes ahead of when you actually want it to go off bc it doesn't register the alarm until the arm is fully clear of the alarm arm, and that's IF it decides to go off at all.Other than that, easy to use, batteries last a long time, looks cute, and the little light inside is nice. Nice as just a clock, terrible as an alarm.
