These beads do vary. The strand I received looked like a darker blue than royal blue and not as reflective as pictured, but they are okay for my crafting project.

What is liked - the colorWhat is disliked - there are several of beads with "dimples" in them; looks like a chunk has been taken out. Some are deformed or chipped.I thought about returning them, but my wife likes the color and most beads are fine. (I purchased them as a surprise for her hobby).I don't think I will order anymore online; I will stick to local stores.

Nice beads, seem to be less vibrant and duller than their photo but they are more than decent for my project and seem to be good quality.
