Gosh they're adorable. Cute, small, shiny, and perfect for a nice small tart for one person. Which is why i wanted to buy mini tart pans rather than a big huge one. Individual servings make for nicer presentation I think. They're definitely non stick, easy to wash for the most part and easy to work with. Only thing and maybe its just my dough, but i did have some dough get stuck in the ridges while washing it. Just gotta be careful and make sure to look closely when washing so you dont put them away with dough stuck in a corner.

I bought a set of these tart pans couple of years ago. I absolutely love them for making our vinegar tarts every Christmas. I would normally make 16 tarts, so I would make a batch and then clean and use the pans again. I bought this extra set to make it easier at Christmas. I not only recommend these pans, I bought another set.

Items arrived in nice packaging, safe n sound. They are easy to use, clean and really non stick. The color I got is metallic pinkish color. I think they look pretty, not too pink. Would recommend these.

I really like these to make individual little snack-sized pumpkin pies. They work great. Very sturdy and with a small amount of anti-stick spray, nothing sticks! Nice product that's a little pricey, but seems worth it.

They work well. The edges did not stick at all. The bottom you need to just grab edge of ring and remove. Was rather impressed with the ease of use. I do recommend these.

These tart pans clean easily and the product is easy to remove-two good features. However, due to the light color of the tart pans, the tart shells don't bake up so that they are crisp on the outside, thus the shells crumble in your hand as you remove the product. This does not occur with the darker pans. Also, the finish is coming off of the pans and we've only been using them a short few months. Matfer Bourgeat are excellent as are Wilton (less $$). Both are dark pans.

No need to hesitate to purchase. As described. Heavy duty and crust easily removed from 4" tart pans. These pans are so successful in releasing the tarts that I have purchased them in the 9" & 7" as well. I have found the 9" releases the tarts as easily as the 4" does and I'm baking with the more delicate ingredients of paleo baking.
