First of all. I am a lifetime TreadBands customer. The rubber grip or the tread makes it next to impossible for it to slip. I’ve worn this band and gone swimming, I’ve worn it hiking in the Arizona desert in the Maryland mountains and everywhere in between I’ve worn it running races and sleeping on a bus to an away game with a team and it didn’t move. I’ve worn them standing up and laying upside down with no adjustment! The material makes them washable and the adhesive they use on the tread makes it stick through every wash. I ordered this band and it was here the very next day. BIG fan. I’ll never love another headband!

I should probably preface this by saying my hair is straight and the strands are thin and silky. So I’ve always had a bit of difficulty with things staying in my hair. So for this, I have a few issues.1. The rubber is only on about half (and probably less than that especially if you have a bigger head) so while the front mostly stayed in place, the back kept slipping up and off the back of my head.2. It ties in the back. This is sort of nice since people don’t all have the same size head but the fabric is a slick nylon so the knot was slipping loose and I have to triple tie it to keep the knot in place.3. The rubber part is right on the edge of the fabric. If it had been even the tiniest bit further from the edge, it would’ve been fine. But it was RIGHT at the edge so you could see the black rubber which wasn’t cute with the light blue of the fabric.

I am incredibly impressed with this headband!!! I ran a half marathon this weekend in Arizona heat and this thing came through!!! Not once did it slip, move, or cause me any itching. It kept the sweat out of my eyes and the baby hairs back. I did not touch it once the entire 13.1 miles. I am definitely buying more. I am not a fan of the “one size fits all” headbands, I like that I can tie it to whatever fit I like. I’ll be buying more!

I love these headbands. They work great and truly do stay in place. I'm pretty bummed out about the new Logo display, it looks SO CHEAP. I included the picture of both old and new logo, new logo has the black box.

I bought this one because I like the pattern without realizing the "tread" in Treadwear was literal. The piece of foam rubber on the inside of the band makes an awkward lump/line right on your forehead. I was wearing mine upside down because the lump isn't as pronounced when it's on top of the band. It's not really noticable on your skin which is cool. But it looks weird. So since I still like the pattern, I carefully peeled the tread off, leaving a paper thin piece. (It starts at around 0.125". After I peeled it down to around 0.005", it's perfect). So because they come with additional engineering that actually makes the product worse, I'd personally recommend Junkbrands. Alrgought, if you find a Treadwear pattern that Junk doesn't have, it's not too difficult to peel the tread off if you take your time and make sure it comes up evenly. I'll buy another one if Treadwear can reduce the thickness of the tread by like 90% since the surface area of it is really all that matters.

This head band is great. I no longer have to wear a skull cap, which got soaked in sweat then the sweat ran down my face and eyes. This head band is all I wore and the sweat would wick to the sides and back of the band where the knot is and no sweat dripping in my eyes. I mountain bike and it’s warm in SoCal. This band is a life saver. That rubber strip across front stops sweat from dripping into eyes and like said above wicks off to the sides and knot. When done with my ride I squeeze out a butt load of sweat. . This head band will keep me cooler now. No more skull caps which traps heat .

Awesome headband for various reasons. First and most important is the stay put strip! Doesnt matter if you put it on forehead or on your hair stays put. Motorcycle riding and convertible driving important to keep hair out of face and looking good. Doesnt move a bit!Second, the tie to tighten ! Awesome feature and an awesome look!Third, fabric is the bomb! Soft and stretchy and colors vivid!!!Forth, the width differences are great. I dont want the wider one all the time so the narrow ones change the look!!!I highly recommend these bands for exercise, biking, hiking, and styling!!!! Initially bought one to try, before the day ended, ordered 4 more, recommended to 6 people who commented on mine and they ordered immediately!!!

Bought for my husband, who sweats buckets from his head. Works as advertised, stops the sweat from pouring into his eyes. However, on the band he received, the sweat stopping strip has a rough texture that he complains is very uncomfortable against his skin unless he puts it on *after* he starts sweating.

Pricey for what it is but it does the job. I have straight thick hair and the band doesn’t slip off. Even when i am skipping!
