Suspected of Good Things. . .
Strap in. This is long but I think it could help you. Over the past couple of years, I'd put on 30lbs out of nowhere. I bounced back and forth between a 10-13lb weight loss, but that gut and water tank around my midsection wasn't budging. Even with modifications in an otherwise decent diet. My A1C had my doc threatening meds (no ma'am!). This year summer I further modified my diet by being intentional with insuring I had enough protein and no 0 added sugars, a key missing piece, exercise consistency and prioritizing sleep. Well I lost in my face neck and arms, but nowhere else. I have to also add in here, because of estrogen dominance, that I had been taking DIM and calcium-d-glucarate since mid July. Late August I decided to include brocco protect not holding a lot of hope. Now, I'm wondering. . . Labor day week I got a whopper of an upper respiratory infection. I was not all that hungry that week and just lay around lethargic, lol. Now typically, that would have meant literally nothing to my body. I would have lost a couple of pounds in water weight, which would have come back at first meal. Well, this time around, I dropped 7lbs, now stabilized at 5 (see? I gained back the 2lbd water weight. Lol.) for the last nearly month. But not in my arms face or legs, but in my WAIST!! So why do I assume this supplement is the missing link? Two reasons. 1) proper hormone metabolism is critical in weight management and distribution. In my case, even in absence of exercise constancy the past few weeks, centermeters keep trimming off my waist but not much anywhere else (maybe my hips?). And I am eating a LOT more than I was in the spring early summer, and healthier. 2) I'm loosing weight exactly in the same manner I did as a younger woman. Recently, if I lost at all, I'd loose everywhere first, then my waist (that's estrogen dominance, peri/menopause for you). When I was younger, I'd gain weight in this order: butt/hips, breast, arms/face/hands, waist. When I would lose, the weight would come off in the reverse order in which it was received, starting with my waist. Now, my butt and hips are still a little snug in some pants, but the waist is a whole lot looser. Is the Broccoli Protect a coincidence? I'm leaning towards it being the key to helping the other two supplements enable my body to metabolize and balance my hormones better. I can't say how it will work for you, but I can tell you that usually supplemts are a joke for me. Not so sure I can say this this time around. Lol!

My naturopath doctor recommended this supplement
Recently diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer and my naturopathic doctor recommended this supplements to protect me against metastasis and to help work along with chemotherapy. I have been taking this supplement for the last 7 months and had no side effects from chemo so far.
