It takes me twice as long to iron something because this product does not heat up too good. I only had it one month and of course when I looked to return, the time expired. Waste of my money. Hopefully, company will get back to me with a solution.

The sliding temperature gauge broke off the very first time I started to use the iron. Returned it. Believed it too cheaply made to request replacement so I bought another brand from a local store. I was really disappointed in this iron because I would really like to have an iron with the temperature gauge like this one. The majority of irons have the temp gauge under the handle which makes it difficult to see the settings. Recommendation: do not buy this iron.

I will be returning this iron because the cord is too short and cumbersome to use. I should have stuck with the Black & Decker.

As close to what I used 50 years ago as I have found. Have purchased 6 other brand-name irons over the years, and they all have leaked water and were unacceptable. This doesn't spray, but I can live without that.
