2L Alloy Universal Water Coolant Overflow Expansion Tank Reservoir Aluminum Cap (Black)

Makes a very nice coolant recovery tank. Nice welds good wall thickness. Fitting threading on mine was all metric which make it a bit tough to find fittings if the supplied ones dont fit your needs. I was able to use non metric fittings with ample thread seal tape since my application was not pressurized. If tou are planning a pressurized application it could be a problem.

did not come with a magnetic plug you need more fittings to use this unit,and they are very hard to find any fitting that is compatible with the thread that is used it did not even come with fittings to install sight window tube, container is very nice however also tube is a inch short

Used this for an overflow on my tractor hydraulics. It appears to be very well made and adapted well to my needs.

It looks great and is well finished. I like the flexibility of having all of the ports plumbed in the tank so many lines can be added. I plan to use it as a header tank in a multi-tank fuel system. Wish I could find more of the ORB-6 to NPT fittings - only two are supplied. Would like another 3 fittings.

I like the quality of weld that was put into this piece and it will make a great installation to my new 383 Stroker engine that’s going in the truck that my son and I are building currently. I have not installed the product yet because we’re still taking the old engine out. As long as it doesn’t leak it will work great for what we’re using it for. Thank you

Cap o-ring isn't if the highest quality and doesnt seal well but I'm using it as an overflow tank so it doesnt have to hold pressure. Looks great and hasn't leaked at all. Also the sight tube makes it a breeze to check the level.
