Install the inner adapter piece using short open end lug nuts with no more than 13/16" hex. If hub studs protrude outside the inner adapter piece and prevent the outer adapter piece from sitting flush, it is required to shorten the factory studs. Bolt outer adapter piece to the inner piece using provided black allen bolts. Install your wheels to the studs of the outer adapter piece using proper lug nuts that both match the thread size of the adapter studs and the seating style of your wheels.

Beware, please read! Dangerous product!!!
Definitely not safe for the road. I had them professionally installed. The bolts snapped in half after 6 mins of driving. Luckily traffic was slow or this accident could of turned out wayyy worse. And thank God my family wasn't in the vehicle. My wheel rolled down the street barely missed oncoming traffic. A refund of this won't cover the damages that can be cause from this terrible product

So far so good.
I’ve had them on my truck for about a week. Finding a socket to fit was hard, has to grind one down the fit but other than that no issues.I had them tightened the day after they were put also and I did not use locktite.So far so good. If I loose a wheel or tire I’m sure the review will be different lol.

Terrible product
This product is unsafe! Do not buy!!!! Within 20 minutes of installing the bolts snapped! Sending my tire flying down the road and destroying my truck! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
