BYXN 2 Pack Headphone Jack Adapter, Connector to 3.5mm Jack Compatible iPhone 7/7 Plus,iPhone 8/8 Plus, iPhone X and More-White

Completely useless! Tried this adapter with both an iPhone 8 and Xs with both Apple earphones (with a 3.5mm connector) and several other pairs of 3.5mm headphones. The 3.5mm end of Apple headphone's don't fit completely into this adapter and for all the other sets of headphones with 3.5mm jacks that we could get to fit, there is no volume control. Once you insert your headphones into the adapter, the volume either goes all the way up or all the way down and there is no way to control it. Don't waste your time or money.

This is a scam! I received the adapter and it worked for a little bit then disconnects and my iPhone says it’s not a supported device.Don’t waste your time. Also - almost ALL reviews on posted on the same day. I wish I payed attention to that before. Lesson learned.

These are absolute crap! Bought 2 packages (for a total of 4 adapters). All 4 adapters don't work. The volume shoots up to the highest level and the only way to control it is to unplug from the phone. Plug it back in and it does it again. We've tried these in 2 different iphone 7's and an iphone XR with the same result. Such a waste of money. Highly disappointed.

I bought this product as I was able to get two (after-market) for less than the price of one (official) and figured that even if I lost one I'd have a spare. When I put them to use, I was listening to music via an iPhone XR. After about 2 minutes in, I would get an annoying message saying that this was not an official Apple compatible device and I would have to unplug it and plug it back in and press play to continue listening to the music. That was annoying and would not recommend this product for that alone. However, the real gripe I have was that both fell apart when disconnecting from the phone within a month of purchase and, as such, I cannot recommend this product.

This item does not work with ANY Apple hardware. Item not supported message pops up and silences your phone. Doesn’t work with iPod nano 7th gen. Doesn’t do anything at all. Pure garbage.

When I use this dongle with an iPhone 8 i get a message after about 1-2 minutes saying the accessory is not supported and must stops. Pressing play again plays the music out of the phone speaker. Disconnecting and reconnecting the dongle results in dongle working for 1-2 minutes before again pausing due to message. This likely has to due with software update I'm guessing.... should've just went through Apple I guess.

Ordered a pair: one didn't work at all, one started out working but 15 seconds in would turn down the volume to zero and would not adjust higher.Returned through Amazon for a new set: both new ones turned volume to max and would not adjust lower.Tried them with various headphones. I was using an iPhone 8. Returned and will purchase elsewhere.

Doesn’t work my Apple device recognizes these are not real Apple products and they will not work very sad that I missed the return window it took me longer than expected to buy my phone so now I have these two useless dongle’s hanging aroundReported seller to Amazon
