OMAC Roof Rack Cross Bars Set fits Buick Encore 2013 to 2020, 165 Pounds, Silver

The brackets and rails are separate, you just need to put them together. 3 went together easily. The 4 th one was assembled wrong. There is a wedge shaped part that holds the top right screw in place. It obviously was meant to be used on a left side bracket not the right side bracket. We had to shave it down to insert the bracket into the rail. The locks will not work. The end of the lock is round and will not fit into the smaller square hole on the bracket. Disappointed, Waste of money, frustrating to assemble, will not recommend.

I reviews were all over the place for this item. I attached crossbars on my previous car. This one is extremely difficult without proper instructions. The instructions are not clear at all and I am great at assembling items. I tried to find a video on YouTube and I looked up the company for video or any clear instruction but found none! The worse product that I have ever purchased through Amazon. They should take this off this app.

The product itself is okay, but Lawd, those instructions! Two things to note: (1) The bars are two different sizes, and the longer one goes to the front. (2) There isn't a groove on the inside of the Buick Encore 2013 rack, so if you want a tight installation, add a screw to make it more stable. It is very sturdy once the extra screw (not included) is positioned.

The instruction notes are useless. Luckily mine came pre fixed so there are only a few things I needed to do. It somehow fit my Buick 2017 Encore, but the teeth of the clamp inside doesn't match. The inside of my car's rail is flat but the clamp of the cross bar has teeth on both sides. I saw some cars just tighten it and feels steady. I won't be putting too much weight on it though. That's what I get for being cheap though. Going camping next week. Will update and post pictures.

Unfortunately we were very unhappy. The directions were lacking information, very vague. Putting the finish caps are impossible. We had to adjust them, snipping and filing. End results... they look good and work!

Yes the instructions were useless.My problem is that end cap of the bar that needs to be adjusted is so tight the adjustment screw is unable to move the endcap. Wrote to the company who told me to go thru amazon, but this is impossible to I will be returning it.Poor product and worse customer service, both on OMAC and Amazon's part.

These work fine. The negative reviews are from absolute morons. You don't even need the instructions. Easy to install, sturdy, and they look fine on the car.

DO NOT USE WITH ANYTHING HEAVY. THESE THINGS FAILD SNAPPED AND CAME APART ON THE INTERSTATE WITH ONLY 2 KAYAKS ON THEM. THANK GOD NO ONE WAS INJURED.. POOR QUALITY FIT WAS NOT PERFECT EITHER.
