Not good for Americans. I have no idea where to even get this stuff.Not sure what else to write.

Disappointed.This book has lots of recipes that require a ton of other ingredients. I found better recipes for Herbalife online and printed them out for FREE.

It’s useful for my health

This book is OLD. The recipes today add water not milk. Very disappointed and would not buy this again. 😞
