When you can't drink water without choking so you are throwing up and your nose is totally blocked and your sinus pressure is increasing then I think I'm allowed to try something to help me breathe! I know this is like Afrin and I've tried that before so now I know to only use this for less time. I've started on a homeopathic sinus medication so I'm aware that I may not need this for as long if things clear up in a few days. My experience with this was that a few sprays in each nostril thinned the mucous so I could blow it back out! I just blew my nose and one hunkin ball of green snot came out that was the issue and why I could not breathe. Now as we speak I can breathe through both nostrils. It is great. It is like a miracle! The angels are singing! But honestly I think if you can't even drink water something has to be done. This works for me! $10 seems cheap to me for how effective this is. Not only does it thin the secretions, but it gets the gunk out. No wonders I could not breathe for the past 4 days. Mucous was totally blocking my nose. I am also trying guaifenesin but that is not as quick as this stuff. We are talking relief in minutes not hours or days! Use caution and be aware that if you use it for more than 3 days you could experience rebound congestion. I once had to wean myself off Afrin so that was a deal! This nose spray works like Afrin, etc. But it is easier to "ween" yourself off of once allergy season ends. There are several XLear products that are easy to confuse ... 1) Daily use (this is good for "daily maintenance" but you don't get hooked on it (meaning your sinuses don't swell back up when you stop using it)); 2) Max (this is NOT like Afrin ... for me it did nothing ... it seems identical to Daily use ... so I don't recommend this one); 3) Instant Relief (this will clear/relax even the stuffiest sinuses during allergy season ... at least it does for me!). Finally, if you're reading this, I'm sorry you are suffering with allergies or a cold ... I can completely relate :-(.

This nasal spray is easy to use with metered doses and works really fast, I also use it off label for my sagging upper eyelids and it works! Minimal ingredients is also a huge plus!

I like this nasal spray and do think it helps with congestion, however I do always get a weird taste in my mouth after using it. If I have a mint or a cough drop I'm fine, but just water and I'm uncomfortable and annoyed for a bit.

I like this nose spray because it helps with my congestion and doesn’t have a bunch of toxic ingredients in it. I think the cost of this is pretty reasonable also. Most sprays I’ve tried hurt the inside of my nose but this one doesn’t.

so i love this stuff it works so fast but be aware it is addictive and has the ingredient that afrin has in it: Oxymetazoline HCL (hydrochloride) it should not be used for more than three days and if used for long may cause problems with septum or chronic sinusitis. BUT, i use it only when trying to go to sleep with a cold (like twice a year) and it’s really fast acting.

Really happy with this. It works better than most brands I’ve tried.
