One For All SV1770 - TV Audio Transmitter - Sends Audio to a Bluetooth Headphones and other devices – With high-end Wolfson ADC - USB powered – black

I have a LG tv 5 year old and has no bluetooth, very easy to install and is working successfully. @ very small negative the instruction manual has very small lettering.

Connected the device no problem, but trying to get it into Bluetooth pairing mode just wouldn’t work properly. Managed to get it into pairing mode a couple of times but only once would it connect to my Bluetooth speaker, never to connect again. Returning for a refund.

My own TV has built-in Bluetooth connectivity so I took this device for use with my parent's TV.Bluetooth is a useful function to add to any audio device and there are a number of rival units to this one currently on the market; this one draws it's power from the TV (hence the USB cable) and has the additional function of providing a signal for more than one receiver device. The draw-back is that need for a USB socket which limits the TVs or other audio equipment the unit can be used with.It worked fine with the Samsung TV in my parent's home but couldn't be used with their older compact TV in the bedroom – no USB. I used a pair of Bose Soundlink headphones in my trial and had no problems connecting with the unit.Given the rather high price of this transmitter, it is up to the user to decide if it represents good value; if you have the available USB, require extended use of a Bluetooth connection and intend to use more than one device this may be what you want. Rival devices are significantly cheaper, require recharging and generally work with one device at a time but are also more flexible (I use such a device for my audio systems when required).A handy and functional unit certainly, but expensive for what it is.3 ½ stars, mainly because of the price tag.

This transmitter works great for me with the TV and wireless headphones. Connects very easily because it is a transmitter only, not a receiver, so doesn’t get confused between the two. Great product

So far not brilliant for the job I bought it for. Connects to my new Bluetooth headphones but hisses badly and misses out words, so really annoying. Hope we can find a solution!

Easy to set up with our Bluetooth headphones, just pop in the usb and the red plug in the headphone socket on the TV, Bluetooth connected easily, great audio transmitter I recommend.

Used to link TV to aftershokz headphones to assist my wife who has frequent spells of deafness because of a medical condition.

Connected to Bose earphones. Got very low audio through one of them and nothing through the other. Disappointed.

I have attached this piece to a TV I use in front of a treadmill. It can be difficult to hear the TV (unless excessively loud) while training and this gives clear sound via bluetooth earphones.
