Review: First of all I do like the rack itself. The depth on this one makes it a bit challenging to be useful, I have several 1U servers that will fit but I have to leave them sticking out the back. The instructions for assembly were awful, this was a several hour assembly process as steps were missing and incorrect - they really need to update it. Two of the side panels were dented enough to make it challenging to square it all up. They also included a small amount of cage nuts however several of them were the wrong size and do not match the bolts (clearly someone mixed some of them up). That was annoying because they don't give you very many and some are required for the rails setup. The included light and fan are ok, the fan is a little loud for an office environment and oddly enough the light is fluorescent. I would buy again, but be wary of these issues.

Some what deceptive!
Unit is very light weight would not hold up well mounted to wall, also main information indicates an LED light included but it is not!You have to go through the further details of the unit to find this out.

Seems like what I ordered, but does not come with assembly instructions! I have no idea how to assemble this. And the website does not provide manuals.

The Seller and it’s shipping were great, just the product was not. This was worse than an IKEA product!!! You have to build the whole unit - no preassembly... no instructions. I have build many racks and enclosures in my courier, but this one was the worse. Holes did not line up and we had to use a drill and some “workarounds” to finish the unit. It took almost 2 hours to get it done. Unless you have lots of time and patience- DONT GET THIS ONE!

Took an hour to build but still a good deal. Came with surge protector albeit fused instead of a pop out button IIRC. Above is my reciew from a year ago. I just purchased this product again and it has lowered in quality and quality control. Oh yeah and the price went up over 80.00 for a worse product. I’m done with sysracks! I also never got a light not with any of the three.

unable to install the front window gate many issues with screws not aligning with many parts in the case, left messages with the tech support but no call back. I will not send it back because I would need to pack it and I ride a wheel chair. so stay away !!! Also it was used because many used marks.
