So far, I am pleased with this product. Almost 10 years ago, I had bariatric surgery. Anyone who has, knows that forever after, the MUST add vitamin supplements to their diet to ensure they continue to get the vitamins their bodies need, even though their calorie intake has been forever reduced by the surgery.I had begun to notice in recent months that my fingernails were becoming thin and brittle. I blamed it on the side effects of my bariatric surgery, and although I do take vitamin supplements, I figured some vitamins element was missing.That this supplement comes in liquid form, I knew taking it would not cause this liquid form of supplement to pass too quickly through what was left of my much reduced stomach size to do me any good.I've been taking it for about a month now, and my fingernails aren't nearly as brittle or likely to split in layers as they had been. This liquid supplement does not cause me any stomach upset, and given it is a liquid supplement, many of which or so nasty tasting you would rather not have to force yourself to take it every day, this supplement isn't bad tasting at all.My only complaint is that the eyedropper-type thing you use to take this supplement may separate, causing the eyedropper-type tube to separate from the lid, forcing you to have to fish the tube section out of the bottle and refinery it in the eyedrpper-type lid so that you can withdraw an amount of the supplement from the bottles in the intended amount. But to me, no really big deal. Correcting that problem is simple.Therefore: Highly Recommended!
