Fantastic tent
Used it first time last weekend at victorious festival, really easy to put up and put down, even managed to get it back in the bag it came in, easily fitted a queen size inflatable mattress in the sleeping section. And good amount of storage pockets and ventilation. Fantastic tent

Happy camper
As a single person novice camper I found this tent great. Easy to erect by a slight maturish lady and a pleasure to spend time in. Great to have separate bedroom and so nice to sit in with the front fully open when weather not great. Side door is good for nipping out to the loo. All in all couldn't ask for more

3.5 stars. Good tent let down somewhat by a lack of features and extras.
I was initially impressed by this Portal Alfa Inflatable tunnel tent. Though I’d never really been aware of the brand before, it seemed to be of good quality and the first pitch (to someone new to inflatable tents) was somewhat mind-blowing.After laying the tent out in my garden, and forever looking for a lazy way out, I fumbled around for ten minutes or so, trying to get the provided valves to fit my battery operated Campingaz pump. None of them would work; it was time to bite the bullet and pump it manually!I’m happy to say there was hardly any pumping required. Each of the poles fully inflated (you can tell when they’re full as the regulator on the pump stops air going in) within around 15 seconds of pumping. In fact, it was ready to peg out within two minutes for me starting! :/To someone who has frequently spent around 30-40 hard fought minutes battling with poles on large tents on their own (Coleman Coastline and Outwell Virginia 500), this was a godsend! Then I examined the tent and realised that though it was very easy to pitch, it was lacking most of the features I now take for granted in a modern/expensive tunnel tent. For starters, neither door has an insect mesh on it. Whilst this wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing, if the tent had gaps around the bottom for them to find their way back out at night, the tent has a sown in groundsheet, which means you’re stuck with anything that gets in for the night. (Of course, the bedroom area is fully zipped and separate).Secondly, a bigger issue is that the only real windows it has are the small triangular ones on the front. There is a side window, but it just has insect mesh—not clear polythene—so if it is raining it will be very dark inside during the day. Finally, though I looked, there are no extras available to buy for it at the time of writing. My Outwell Virginia groundsheet was luckily a good enough fit, but it means extra time and hassle to get something that will fit this tent well. There is also no carpet or porch (though a Coleman universal tarp should work okay for that). If it wasn’t for the price, then I’d probably be far more forgiving. For most trips, I currently use an Outwell Rockwell 3, which is slightly harder to pitch but has a built in porch, groundsheet and carpet. I was hoping to replace this with a similar sized tent that was easier to pitch. To be honest, I may just continue with the Rockwell. If I was in the market for an inflatable, I’d wish I’d paid a bit more for something with a proper porch, insect meshes, windows and groundsheet. (The Berghaus Air 4 has all these things).

Shoddy accessories!
Pump broke after using twice. Portal outdoors do not sell accessories so had to return the whole thing. Amazon we’re excellent re the return and refund. Now got Eurohike air 400 which is a much better tent.

Outstanding tent in every way
First night it poured with rain, and I was safe, snug and dry as can be in my tent. I put it up myself (found it very easy), and, glory be, with a bit of push and pull, it even fitted back into the bag when I took it down! I would highly recommend this tent to anyone.

Easy to put up and away. Would recommend for 2-3people
This was great. The only reason we changed it was for a bigger tent. We are a family of 4 and found it bit cramped with 2 double inflatable beds in the sleeping area. But so so easy to put up and pack away.

Easy to erect and comfortable to sleep in!
After initially being a little sceptical about the idea of an inflating tent with air columns instead of fibreglass poles, I’m pleased to say I was pleasantly surprised when trying this tent out for the first time! The tent went up in a jiffy and was really secure once in position. I need have no concerns on that front! The description says that it is big enough to sleep 5 — it slept two of us and a dog very comfortably, and I really appreciated the large windows and separate sleeping area and porch too. The sewn-on ground sheet was another added convenience that I never knew I needed!I’ve yet to try the tent out in wet conditions, but I rest assured that it is waterproof and have no reason to suspect it won’t be!I’m sure there are many more adventures to come in this tent over the coming months!
