No instructions and not working correctly
I did not like this product . I chose to use the smaller needle first. It did not punch correctly and it had a bad place that cut the fabric. I felt of the other three needles. Chose the smoothness needle and tried again. The stitches were not even and the screw didn't hold the needle in place making it impossible to use. There was no instruction on how to prepare the fabric. If I had not remembered the instructions from the Pretty Punch, I would not have known about the iron on infusion. For me, A total waste of money and time.

Pen gets stuck quite often. Threader could be a better quality they break easily.

From the picture this looks like a good set....
I bought this because I am trying to find the right tool for punch needle work. When I received it I took it out of the package and began trying to thread the blue and white pen. Treading it was easy to do. However the mechanism that holds it in place does not work. It doesn't tighten down so the needle slides in and out freely. It will not stay locked in place. The other pen is cheaply made and hard to thread even with a threader. Over all I am not impressed and would waste my money.

Needles do not fit.
This product is not worth your money. The needles are tough to replace and the struggles are real here. I bought the Ultra Punch needle and that is worth your money.
