Tried my first batch today. Very fresh, cooked very quickly (an hour or so after 4 hour soak). Nice and creamy. Product of the USA, according to added glued-on external label, so perhaps they have multiple sources. A great deal compared to $10+ For a 24 oz bag of Bob's Red Mill which I would rate as 5 stars too except for price. I'll definitely buy these again.

Delicious!! These have become a daily staple! I make a big batch and they seem to end up in everything and do very well!! Good quality - I have not found discoloring, broken beans or stones. Nice, uniform and as expected. My first try, I overcooked them and discovered they make a lovely and much easier/healthier substitute for mashed potatoes!! Of course, I found that longer soaking and shorter cook time will cook them perfectly. (don't add salt until the very end) They hold their shape well in sauces and casseroles. Highly recommend this addition to your family's pantry!

My Hummus recipe uses Cannellini beans. Loved these. Cooked up in the pressure pot well. Blended great. Tasted fine. Organic is the most important. My Hummus was creamy and fresh.

We like making mediterranean dishes with Cannellini beans and they are hard to find in our area. They are usually only available in the specialty/organic aisle and a small 12 oz bag will be over $5. These are of comparable quality and the price per pound is very reasonable. Tip: soak overnight and cook in stovetop pressure cooker for about 8-10 minutes and they are perfect! (may need a little longer for instant pot as those are lower pressure).

My go-to bean is the cannellini bean....I make amazing acqua cotta soup and bean salads! YUM

Dry Cannellini beans are hard to find, so when I found these on Amazon I took the chance. I was very pleased with the quality of this product. The packaging is very good, sealed with a zip closure so they don't spill all over when done using. I cooked up a batch to go into a kale soup recipe I have, they cooked up very quickly for a dry bean, (I did soak them overnight) and had a very good flavor.I recommend this product for those looking for Cannellini beans.

This is the second product I've purchased from Food To Live, the first item being several bags of mustard seeds. They are of the highest quality and at an excellent price so when I saw the Cannellini beans from the same vendor, I didn't hesitate to purchase them. I gave them a good once over when they got here and the beans are again, like the mustard seeds, of the highest quality and at a very decent price. I'll be back for more, no doubt what so ever.

Great beans at a great price. They swell up quite a bit in cooking, so prepare for a full pot! I add a bunch of herbs from the garden while they cook, but the flavor is nice and beany without a lot of help. Splash of olive oil on top and a side of bitter greens in garlic oil-- heaven!

These beans were really good cooked in the pressure cooker. I didn't presoak . Just did a quick 10 min.in the pressure cooker, than drain them then I added all the ingredients, that I put in cooking navy beans, and cooked for 1 hour in the pressure cooker.They were so delicious.

They are tasty and we use them all the time. Excellent beans. Bravo!.
