Functioning of the product depends upon the plastic item fitted into the groove of the moving ceramic blade to separate the same from adjustment wheel. Plastic item is too fragile to be a moving one and gave way after 5/6 times use, at the medium grinding 200 to 250 gm coffee beans, rendering the grinder useless. As long the grinder functioned, it was ok. Product was cheap, but certainly not as cheap to throw away after grinding 250 gm of coffee.

The quality of the product is very bad. I would have used it just about 10 times and the item stopped working yesterday when i was grinding coffee. I unscrewed the bottom and found out broken plastic pieces coming out. Now the unit doesnt grind at all. I have always used only 10 grams of coffee beans in a single time. Amazon did not return or replace as the window expired in 2 weeks and there is no warranty. The manufacturer/seller gave a 50% refund. Basically got a bad deal. I recommend purchasing a better quality item even if its expensive as this one is very costly on a per grind basis - Rs 30 per grind !

The grinder is good till it works. The plastic parts broke in 2 weeks then the settings for the type of grind is just fine powder. Will need new ones as it’s useless now

The product is not as simple, it has to be washed and dismantled every time of using. But a good cup of coffee deserves the effort.Overall, it is a good product with a good and compact design.

Worked decently for initial two months and then internal black plastic part which holds the ceramic burr against the screw used to set grind broke and now the unit is essentially worthless

Useless. Broke inside in 1 month

It’s a stupid product. It doesn’t grind the beans properly and you have to keep adjusting it because the screw doesn’t stay in place. Also mine broke very quickly. Like literally used it for just a 3 weeks.
