The heading says 24 count, but the picture is 12. Which is it

This question is 6 years old and amazon still screws it up. You will probably receive 12 cans instead of the advertised 24. Apparently from what I have gleaned from other comments, there should be "2" 12 packs shrink wrapped together. This doesn't happen because they are either clueless or lazy in the warehouse. I ordered "6" of these for a person that takes care of outdoor cats in January 2019 and again in May of 2019. Both times the person received "6" 12 packs instead of "6" 24 packs as advertised. Both times I called and the logistics department assured me that the problem would be corrected. Beware.

Are these all pate? It's all my cat will eat.

There is a date after the heading in the advertisement that reads Jan 12, 2008. What does this date represent?

i am guessing here carol but i would say that it is the date that it was manufactured and canned. if it is bad your cat will let you know. amazon should be the one to answer this.

Yaya! Cats like all the flavors for once !

Happy kitties.. I ordered this because my kitties do not like the beef pate' in the other pate' variety box... even though turkey and chix are favorites... they seem very happy with all these though so I'm very pleased to find a variety pack with good value and find they like every flavor! My cats only eat pate' refuse all else .. and fancy feast is THE ONLY one they like.. they do get it everyday so thus lasts a good while !

Pâté’s need moisture add juice!

Well the seafood pate is a hit but samon to my surprise is a slow mover! I try to give them a selection but these all need more juice to keep it moist!

Now he wants pate everyday

I have been feeding my cat one 3-oz can Fancy Feast daily for over 10 years. For most of that time he was a Gravy Lover. I've been having Amazon ship four 24-can flats every 3 months in 4 different flavors and he was a happy kitty. Then he started leaving more and more of the wet food uneaten. (He always has kibble available) So I bought a bunch of different flavors and consistencies (gravy lovers, grilled, flaked, pate, etc.) and did this taste test trial. He seemed to prefer the "touch of milk" flavors so I started buying those but for some reason they became hard to find. So I did another taste test and now he seems to prefer anything pate. So that's what I'm buying now. They seem to be a little less expensive too. But I still slip in a gravy lovers every few days because I've got so many on hand.

100% good product the Cats always like it, but the pricing keeps changing from week to week so I have to keep revising Subscribe and Save to find alternatives. Sign of the times. And so it goes.
