This was my second purchase. These work perfectly in the Aldi stair gates.

Thick gauge threaded steel extension bars - replacement for previous ones that kept dropping out & went missing worked a treat, tight fit and saved buying a full gate.Highly recommend for price paid & quality of products.

I wish the standard gates all came with this. Bcoz the ones they come with is very flimsy. This product is amazing. It really secures the gate in place. Very long compared to standard ones come with child safety gates

This product is really good and does the job. The child gate i have wasn't fitting in due to the screws being small. I was about to buy another childgate costing around 30 pounds then i saw this and decided to give it a try. The best buy of my life. Now the child gate is perfectly fitted and saved a couple of pounds. The screw on the left is the original one that came with the gate and the other one is the baby gate guru extra long screw. You can see the size difference for yourself.

Screws are sturdy and correct width, have been absolute lifesavers with the awkward gap I had to fill! If you find yourself needing longer screws for a baby/dog gate then these will do the job (make sure to get the right ones through!

Does what it says on the tin. Having purchased a baby gate to keep our Jacahuahua out of the bedroom, we discovered that the door frame was one inch wider than the gate would fit. Got the gate in the sales for £12; ordering extensions would have cost £15, which seemed daft. At £10, these represented better value (although considering four shorter ones came with the gate, I would have felt £3 was enough for these!), and they extend the gate enough to fit firmly (just have to make sure the dog can't squeeze past the side ... 😂 ). Easy to fit: simply swap these for the ones which came with the gate. A decent length - but not so long as to leave a wide enough gap to trap toddlers' heads or to allow small dogs to squeeze through.

Bought these as the baby gate I have got fit nicely at the bottom, where the space is narrower, but the existing pins were too short to secure it at the top. I kept the original bottom pins and used these for the top two to secure the gate. They are smaller diameter than the ones that came with the gate, which means they feel a touch less stable, but overall a great product and have had no issues once it was all tightened properly.

These worked well as replacement parts. We lost ours in the move.

Je cherchais une solution pour mettre une barrière en haut de mes escaliers. Malheureusement on n’est pas sur une dimension standard, donc malgré les rallonges pour la barrière, il manquait encore 2cm. Ces tiges filetées plus longues m’ont permis d’installer ma barrière sans problème, et ainsi de sécuriser l’étage.

Honestly, it's a great product. It works fantastic. I however, had painted my walls and didn't think of letting them dry for more than a few days and it definitely took the paint with it as I removed it but beyond that it works great and I would definitely buy again. It was actually better than the other company I purchased from with my other gate. They go really tight and keeps my kid out of my bedroom. Single Parent hacks man ha ha
