Minder - Season One

During the drought of summer on television, I found it fun to revisit this British series. I highly recommend it!

Fast secure delivery, unfortunately the video quality was subpar and the program was not as good as promoted (personal opinion).

Doctor Trance's review sums this up and provides good details of the shortcomings of this series,Remembered this through rose-tinted glasses ( and memories) as a really funny and "sharp" series - it was then, when TV was less "in your face" and more "cozy in your armchair"This is not as funny or edgy as I remember it, but for any anglophiles it's woth getting as it is still funny. as the good Dr says above, it gets better in series 3, so possibly best wait until then

Never saw this sitcom on tv It was a treat to finally .view Dennis Waterman in his youth.

For an older sit com sort of show it is not bad, I have only watched the first one so cannot judge much. Might try one from a later date.

My husband and I did not enjoy this series. We viewed only the first disk. We watch many BBC programs, but the Minder series was a bit odd.

Both this and the second season are available. One of the best Shows ever to come out of the UK. Excellent transfer and one hopes all other seasons become available as the are in the UK
