Good quality, outstanding price
Considering the price, the binoculars work well and yield a clear, sharp view especially at lower magnifications. There are a few limitations, of course, that go along with any high-magnification optics. One is the minimum focusing distance, which I am aware of from camera lenses, but which casual binocular users may not. In other words, don't expect to be able to focus on something nearby, say within 50 feet or so. Another is the use of the binoculars with eyeglasses. The eyecups are rather stiff and instead of folding them down, users may be better off taking off their glasses, if possible, and simply using the magnification of the binoculars to compensate. The third is the necessity of using a stable tripod, particularly at higher magnifications. In addition, the tripod adapter is plastic and, although it seems sturdy, it does have some give to it. So be prepared to give the binoculars a few seconds to cease moving, and try not touch them after they have done so. Again, these things apply to any high-power binoculars, and the only way to avoid some of them would be to add stabilization which would increase the price by a substantial amount.

Good choice.
Until now the binoculars work very well. Are a little more heavy than I expected. They have a great view clarity at 13 - 70. When you up the view at 20 -70 or more, begun to seeing blur. Maybe is for the magnification of the view. In general they work good and I happy gor the purchase.

Broken
The product was broken upon arrival. They look like a solid pair of astro binocs for the price, but it was just unfortunate to receive them with a lens broken out of the right eye. Knocked completely loose freely rotating inside the binoculars. I would think that an item with fragile parts would be labeled as fragile on the box.

Okay for the price
It has a good zoom, although I have no way of verifying if the zoom matches the rating.. but the field of view is very small and the image quality is kind of poor, imo. On one hand, it's quite surprising at just how far away you can see. The further away something is, the more impressive these binoculars seem to me. But you can tell they are on the "cheaper" side of binoculars. Now, this has nothing to do with the binoculars, but they are hard to hold steady because of the strong zoom and they aren't good for "bird watching" birds in your yard or anything. Unless they are 100 feet from where you're sitting, then you'll be able to see the bird's eyes lol.So, if you want something for bird watching, a 7x or so zoom is more of what you want. But if you want to get a closer look at something half a mile away, these do work quite well. I got them as a gift for my mom but unfortunately she isn't strong enough to hold them steady with her hands. The tripod isn't very useful because you still need to put your hands on the binoculars to help steady the distance from your eyes/head to the sights.I'd give them a 3.5 star rating if I could.. maybe 4 stars if they were cheaper. I just expected a clearer quality image, myself.

Very good binoculars.
Very powerful and clear magnification. One must follow the directions on how to adjust the binoculars for viewing.

Exceptional
These binoculars are exceptional. The field of view is excellent. The light gathering capability is very good. The Zoom factor is strong steady, and an accurate representation of its stated power. They are actually fairly light for binoculars of their size. I can spilt double stars with them and the moon's craters and mountain ranges are clearly visible. For under $100 these binoculars are unbelievable.

Not a quality product
The first one, I had to send back right away, the left lens was damaged, and the adjusting ring for the right eye piece was 'grinding". As I opened it, a whole bunch of metal shards fell out. So that was that. The replacement I got was better, but there are some serious issues with this binocular. First of all, it seems you can never get a clear and sharp picture for both eyes at the same time, the adjustment piece on the right lens just doesn't seem to go far enough for that. Then there is the issue with the eye relief. The lenses are not able to create a clear, single picture for your eyes, there are dark circles overlapping and the more you zoom in to 30x the worse it gets, so that you may actually see two images overlapping. It's dizzying! Therefore, for star gazing this binocular is pretty much worthless. Of course, you also need a good, heavy tripod to hold this monster steady. But for being a Zoom Astronomy Binocular, as it is advertised, I am pretty much disappointed. I have not tried to attach my phone to it with the included suction cup adapter to take pictures, you have to take the phone out of the case, and I did not trust that suction cup thing. There are better systems for that. If you're looking for a quality binocular, this one's not it. Save the money!
