M48 United Apocalypse Survival Shovel with Sheath

Wicked piece of gear. Small and sturdy.I wanted a small shovel to keep in my vehicle for emergency purposes, camping, and stuff like that. I was considering a military style trenching tool, but after researching, I concluded they were too flimsy. I decided on a spetsnaz style shovel. This being a modern interpretation of those sharpened shovels that could be used as a deadly weapon in CQC.

Has worked out great. Going on 3 or so years. Still sharp. Have split wood, kindling, dig holes for camp fire and had to use it once to bury a small rodent near our camp.

Great Metal Detecting shovel but be prepared to spend a lot of time on your knees using it.

This thing is virtually indestructible in MHO. Cool, somewhat sharp, strong and multi purpose. Sheath is also strong and durable.
