This is very nice. Abit salty. Excellent appearance and texture. No after taste. Easy to digest.

Will not buy again

It has all the flavour of a fish caviar but with the added bonus that no fishes were harmed or had to die in order for you to enjoy it. I've been eating this for years and in all honesty prefer it to fish caviar, you could give this to a meat eager and they wouldn't know the difference !

I have been a vegetarian most of my life so have no idea what caviar tastes like but my friends and family are regular caviar diners and they all agreed this was very very nice. Excellent texture and taste and perfect for canopes.

A beautiful alternative to caviar. It is less fishy in taste, which to me is a good thing. Perfect texture, not too salty, delicate tones of the sea. It tastes lovely on buttered thin slices of a warm baguette, with a squeeze of lemon.For those on a plant based diet, this is a wonderful addition to an ever growing list of vegan gourmet delicacies.

I absolutely love this product and have bought it twice but now I can't find it for sale anywhere.Anyone know where I can get more?I'm vegan but even my non vegan friends say this is a great 'caviar' and as good as the 'real thing'.Update, I have just bought this for the fourth time now and it's as good as ever!

I was hoping as it is a seaweed there would be some taste of some kind. But there is not - the only thing it tastes like is a ball of salt - but not even tasty salt, just tasteless salt. The texture is not great. I bought this as a treat for myself, as caviar is my favourite food and I so rarely eat it, especially now that I've gone vegan. I've had fresh seaweed pearls and they were delicious. But whatever they've done to this has made it inedible. I regret this purchase, it was quite awful.
