Wills & Trusts
I was able to start using the software within a few minutes. A quick guide comes with the software and gives a nice overview of the software. The navigation itself is straightforward making the software one of the most user friendly packages I have ever used.I created a sample will and revocable living trust as a test. Both documents were easy to create; all documents use a standard question and answer process! A display at the top of each document tells me how far I have progressed in the document. Each document can be saved and edited again later if required! Once the document is created it can be then be previewed, saved, exported or printed!During the creation of a document a help section is available on the right with two tabs. One of the tabs displays information on current screen which explains all the input boxes and also the button! The second tab contains a list of related links to the legal manual, so for example if I'm unsure about something on the screen let's say property management, then I click on, the help manual select property management and the manual is launched and opened directly on the required page...great feature!Pros:* Wills and Trusts are both available* Excellent help provided* Well formatted final documentsCons:* Software can see a little slow at times

Product Registration FAIL
Product KEY, Serial KEY, Online registration REQUIRED, Online Activation KEY...Are you kidding me??This is 2012 and I feel like I just time-warped into the 80s with this stupid software registration process. Just how many KEYS should you need to register a piece of software? Apparently THREE was still not enough for ENODARE. Even after I loaded this onto my Dad's PC, entered the Product KEY, Serial KEY, filled out the online registration AND entered the Activation KEY, the stupid pop-up registration box would never show the "QUIT" and "NEXT" buttons...No matter how many times I refreshed it or completed the process.Didn't have the time & sure don't have the patience to e-mail customer support & wait for a response just to start using software. Plus, UPS absolutely destroyed the CD case...But could've lived with that if the software would have loaded & worked. If Will Writer works for you, then that's great. But any software that FAILS at the registration process would get a ZERO star review from me. It's just so unnecessary and completely unacceptable in 2012...Being returned. UPDATE: Will Writer DID NOT WORK on my Dad's Windows Vista PC, plain & simple. So earlier today I posted the above review about my experience with the software. Within 1 hour I received an e-mail from ENODARE sent to MY PERSONAL E-MAIL ADDRESS stating, among other things, that "your review damages our products reputation." Seriously. And although they acknowledge there is an "issue" between Microsoft's operating system and Will Writer, they accept no responsibility for it saying, "This in no way relates to our software..." Just WOW.There is no mention of this "issue" in the written manual or at the ENODARE Registration Help Page. To know it exists and have no instructions for overcoming it at the web site Registration Help Page and even DENYING that it "relates" to their software is just BIZARRE to me. However, in the interest of fairness I will post ENODARE's unedited response below so anyone interested can read it and come to your own conclusions...------------- Begin message -------------Hi Dennis,I would like to take this opportunity to address the concerns you have voiced in the review of our Will Writer Software on Amazon.com.Firstly in relation to the registration process, while it is a lengthy process, it is the best option available to software companies for software protection. While it would be easier as you suggested having a simpler process, the amount of software fraud on the internet is far reaching. Many websites house and store free software keys made available to the general public. It is for this particular reason we are forced to use two registration codes. This process is also facilitates the free updates of the software to properly registered users. The software registration processes we currently use are identical to the processes used currently by companies such as Microsoft and Adobe.Secondly, you mentioned that the registration process failed on your Dads machine. The issue you describe is not a Will Writer issue or bug but an issue with your Dad's operating system issue. This in no way relates to our software, yet your review damages our products reputation.Microsoft previously introduced a text zoon feature in its operating system. When this is turned on, the operating system clearly issues a warning indicating that software will not be displayed correctly in this view. Unfortunately while this is a nice feature, it's new from Microsoft and has issues with software resizing, hence the warning. In fact, it is for this reason we have a customer support service that ensures that the software is installed correctly and provide assistance to users who experience problems. We are happy to accept the return of the product and if you wish to please contact us at [e-mail address removed], we will provide you with a set of instructions which will show you how to fix the issue on your Dads machine. I have also attached instructions to this email. Please feel free to continue your use of the software. Should you have any additional queries, please contact me on [e-mail address removed]Regards,Thomas------------- End message -------------

Problems using this software.
Installation was easy and only the installation code was needed. 5 starsAttempted to create a will, but when asked to save the project it returns an error: "Index was outside the bounds of an array". At this it would allow me to go any further - could not even print the result. However, it did save a .ini file with my project data. 1 starTheir support documentation claims they will respond within 24 hours to any problem. It has now been over 24 hours. 1 star (so far)If they fix the problem, this package may still be useful. Without a fix I'll be asking for a refund and changing this review to 1 star.

which is really not a good permanent fix to the problem
There was an issue in printing my completed documents, apparently caused by the software's incompatibility with my Windows 8 operating system. The technical support offered by Enodare was fast and courteous, however. On their advice, I ran their software as an administrator, which is really not a good permanent fix to the problem.

Meets my needs but would of liked it if it broke down more of how I wanted items to be broke down like my home 4 ways. Other than that it will work

Wish I had found this sooner .
Easy to install , works great with Windows 8 . Easy to follow so far. I have only usedit to work on my will , so don't know about the other functions . I would recommendto any one wanting to do their on will .

Lots of error messages, poorly written.
I was surprised at the "unhandled exceptions" and other serious error messages that I got with this program. It is also cumbersome as it will not put an a/b trust directly in the will, it will not leave 1/3 interests to beneficiaries since it only seems to add even numbered percentages, it does not understand if you have a will for married people with children but the children are adults. By the way, using in a Windows 7 environment on a nearly new pc with almost no other software or mods that could be causing it to error out. Unacceptably poor product.

Lacks Any change of options or customization
This software is OK I suppose for someone with a simple life. My main problem with this software is that you have to stay within its boundaries when working through the wizard and many of the fields I am required to fill in have no relevance to me or my estate. As an example, you are required to enter your primary and secondary care giver. I have no secondary care giver and the software wizard will not move to the next section until you fill in that field. I suppose you could enter bogus info and then edit it out when you export, but that is an awful lot of work for a product that is supposed to do the job for you. This software is OK at best.
