Device replaced a 2-year old failed DVR from a better-known manufacturer. The Ventech device worked seamlessly and all functions worked as advertised as compared the the S***n device. Even the Web based remote function worked. I did have to establish a Gmail account since the Hotmail server would not connect. I would highly recommend this unit and the associated apps.

This lights what channels working for don't work had two of them and both of them giving me the same problem please send me some good advice on my money back

I think came without the USB external drive to download software to make the cameras work… Too cheap to send back so I’m just basically screwed out of 38 bucks

Works good, easy setup

It works extremely hot which causes the processor to fail. The system does not have a heat sink or fan to cool it.Ventech was contacted without offering a possible solutionThe system failed just after the warranty year. total loss of my money.
