Essential Medical Supply Power of Red Nose Cut Out Cup for Alzheimers and Dementia

Suction doesn't work at all. Maybe there's some type of table that it will work on but it certainly did not work (at all) on my wooden table nor granite counter top. Mostly, it's just too small for an adult. Wanted it for my handicapped husband to facilitate eating soup and cereal. You'd have to refill the bowl at least twice to get an adult portion.

He ate twice as much the very first time we used these for him. He had been eating less and less and frightening me to bits. But this was awesome. He really seemed to pay attention to the food and the utensils were easier for him to hold. He didn't like the cup, but we set it aside for the time when he may need it. I am very relieved that he will eat now.....I was afraid that the not-eating was going to take him before he was ready. Anything that lets him keep enjoying whatever he still can is good with me!! That's the whole point, y'know. To help him get everything he can out of what he has left. Best Dad ever. This helps me not let him down.

We were having to continually top off her cup before this, but this makes it so she does not have to tilt her head to get the water. We do not have to keep topping it off. Again, the color is helpful , being so bright!

Good product for the price. This product makes meal time easier because the red color is easy to see, and the plate has a "lip" so the food stays in it and not on the floor or table.

Works Good. Patient able to eat now. only thing noticed was the Spoon and Red attachment were not fully sealed so when washing water will get inside.

Like it as it is useful for my husband, however, it doesn’t stay stuck down all the time. I may have to restick it a few times while being used.s

The price for this cup is great. Only downside is that I wish it came it diff colors. It’s very hard to see the liquid, like water because of the red color.

This cup works really well for my sister with CP. She can't hold a cup by herself, so this cut out cup enables the person giving her a drink to see into the cup and monitor the flow of liquid decreasing the amount of liquid lost substantially. It holds 8oz of liquid if you fill it close to the rim. Very happy with this purchase.
