Stopped working UPDATE
This product worked fine when I received it. Worked fine yesterday. Hasn’t moved from my desk since then. No visible damage to the box or cord. Just doesn’t work anymore. I checked all the connections and a known working outlet. Got a message on my laptop saying “this smart AC adapter is not working properly”. Waste of money.**UPDATE**Customer service for this company was amazing. They reached out to me quickly and offered to replace the item for free. I opted for a refund instead as my job is sending me a new laptop anyway which will probably require a different cord. Very happy with their customer service!
