Feels Like It Pushes More Air Than LEPA BOL PWM Quite Fans + Brighter Lights
I found that my old LEPA BOL PWM Quite Fans needed to be replaced, I still need to buy 3 more of this product, which I will update this review with a full picture in the dark once I have finished the final connections. The sound is slightly more than my LEPA BOL, but in total 30-36 decibels from the sounds of my computer not just the case fans as it is.. so changing to a PWM with 34.4 decibels at max isn't going to hurt the sounds that I hear already. I used a Cooler Master HAF 912 for years, and I will again update this review with more pictures when I have the last of my fans.05/05/2022 Update: I added a picture that represents how much light in the dark these fans glow, it even glows a great blue to the wall across in my small room. I now have a total of 6 of these fans, and the total average decibels of these fans range anywhere between 27ish-42 approximately which my keyboard is even louder than that at times, but my noise gate Reaper still hides it all. I only buy blue fans that show outside the case, and I have to say that I am extremely happy with this product.

Better than Expected
Moves far more air than the stock NZXT fans that came in my case.Over 60% fan speed, they can start getting loud.-Set my BIOS to keep them at 50% all the time.

Its a pwm fan that works
First its a 4 pin pwn fan that works well for me. It does move a lot of air . I have 4 of these on a 480 rad and I must say it does the job. They are quite but to can hear them ramp up to the max when your stress testing. The lighting it gives off is warm glow. I like it. I wish I could say more. I have no issues with these fans. There simply great. I don't hear any noise or rattle that others speak of. I will advise if I have any issues.

well 2 out of 3 worked
seems like good fans but only 2 out of 3 worked. the third one is completely dead. even if i inject voltage to the motor there's no fan spin or LED light. i hooked it up to my bench power supply and it is dead jim.oh well, i have a ton of other fans just as nice. the other two fans are pretty nice. no complaints.

as loud as they are beautiful
So you get what you pay for. If noise levels don't bother you and you want a fan that moves a lot of air and looks great these are perfect and super cheap.Unfortunately these things are insanely loud. it's not necessarily the motor on the fan itself but the lack of range in the PWM band. So the fans are pretty much "quiet" or TURBO!Sadly in my case I had 10 of these and it sounded like I had a drone taking off when opening a web browser or any task really. I've replaced them with some corsair mag lev fans that cost significantly more (about 4x) but for me it's worth it for the absolute silence. For comparison It's actually quieter playing Cyber Punk at max settings on my corsairs than browsing the web on these upHere fans.

Mounting issues
Fans work very well and light is bright but the fans are hard to install because the corners are solid and screws will not go through the deep mounting holes. So I used velcro tape as a workaround.

Excellent fans for the money
A bit on the noisy side, when they are pushed to their max speeds. However I have 6 of these installed on my tower and only need to run them at about 50% of their max. This offers excellent cooling and very reasonable sound levels.I have only been using them for a couple of months, so I can not speed to reliability. BUT I had really high end name brand fans in the tower, prior to the upHere fans. Those needed to be replaced after only 2 years of use. SO if I get one to two years out of the upHere fans, they will more then pay for themselves. Since the upHere fans are a third of the price of the name brand fans I was using before.
