Great little stand that's easily portable (kept in my wallet at all times) for mobile phone (note 9).However, the only criticism I have is the ease of the moving holders to adjust the angle. It is very stiff to move with just the phone to the point of being concerned I'll crack the screen. It could just be it's new and needs to be broken in. Definitely be mindful of how much pressure you are putting on the device if trying to adjust. I will say the default position is quite perfect when just using for an office stand or similar situation when just needing to be propped up (ie office clock display, movie).

Despite the slick video, this is useless. The phone does not rotate as shown in the video. Any pressure on the phone to change its angle and it merely comes out of the holders. The chat function on their website always says there is no one available. No response to three emails over a period of three weeks. Stay away.

Design is slick. Folds up credit card sized, as advertised. Kinda supports the phone, if you don't mind some shaking.So hard to get the phone in the tripod that it actually loosened my screen protector. Also one of the little plastic hinges broke the very first time I unfolded it. If this was made of better material it would be amazing.

The hinges are very poorly designed and break easily. My first and second units both fell apart within the first couple uses. The lifetime warranty is nice and they send replacement right away, but it's such a hassle and waste of time. Simply a poorly designed product.

This looks like a great idea so I purchased one, put it in my wallet and forgot about it. The very first time I pulled it out at the family reunion to take a picture, the main joint had failed and it snapped in two. Seems like a lot of money to spend for one use product...well, not even one use.

I bought this from their website directly, not from Amazon...the hinge hook part start cracking it's been 50 days only...I wish the body material is aluminum not the cheap plastic.
