Quality is very good. Very small quantity is sufficient but price is too much. Seller should offer a bigger pack because you have to order again and again.

Not just for celiac diet; this asafoetida (Hing) is very strong and has a beautiful umami flavor. It's crystalline in structure and I hope to carry this to US. Now that I have used this asafoetida, I don't think I will use the powdered ones.

Used a small quantity. No aroma. There was a taste effect which was good. Used two big crystals and two small grains. No aroma which is associated with pure hing. Mfgr should clarify.
