...how many years I have been sewing and didn't have one of these! And it comes with a plastic cover. Quick tip... turn the magnetic disc upside down to pick up loose or fallen pins!

I love this product. I had bought one years ago for my pins, and then I realized this year that it holds clips for quilting, too. I went to buy one from the store, thinking all magnetic pin cushions were created equally. I was severely disappointed. I was so glad to find this one to hold my clips, so I can keep using my old one for pins. Don't just buy a generic one, because they hold only a few. These hold a ton!Pictured: Blue was my original one I bought years ago, red is what I bought at a local craft store and was so saddened by, purple was what I just bought here on amazon. Such a difference!

I bought this pin cushion because I wanted to place to safely set my needles while sewing. The product is just the way it looks in the picture and it did come with the free pins. The magnet is strong and holds the pins in place easily. This item is also a good size, fits in your hand, while still being big enough to hold plenty of pins. It's light weight and easy to move wherever you need it. I didn't give five stars because it think it needs to have some kind of non-slip bottom to hold it in place while you taking pin from it. Right now it's really easy to slip across any smooth surface which is something to be aware of. Otherwise it's a great little tool to have around.

This is my favorite brand, shape of magnetic pincushion. The magnet works great. I can get a pile of pins on top of the pincushion. I can easily pick up the pincushion with one hand to move it around my sewing room as needed. The red one is my favorite color as it tends to hide the scratches and grunge as it ages. I have several older ones of these scattered in different ironing, sewing areas of my sewing room and wanted one for my collage area.

Mywife is a seamstress and uses it all the time. Wouldn't be without it. This our 2nd or 3rd I think.

This is such a simple tool to have in your sewing kit but no less exciting. The magnet is strong and keeps all your pins in the exact place you need and not lost in the carpet.

Tengo uno desde hace años, desde entonces he comprado varios para regalar. Su imán es muy potente, así que es comodísimo para recoger los alfileres cuando estás cosiendo a máquina. Todo lo que hay que hacer es lanzar el alfiler en la dirección del Grabbit y ya lo pilla! También es muy cómodo al retirar los alfileres del patrón de papel después de cortar la tela. Solo hay que desprenderlos, soltarlos, y luego pasar el Grabbit por encima, los atrapa todos! Va muy bien con alfileres sin cabeza de plástico, los de toda la vida. Recomiendo 100%.

Creo que es de los mejores artículos que he encontrado en Amazon. Simplemente lo adoré.
