The media could not be loaded.  My new job involves a lot of travelling and I have tried my best to make the commute hours productive. My laptop is bulky and extra weight to carry which I have wanted to avoid. I have been looking at windows tablets for a little while and this was recommended by a friend. I ended up buying the plus version.Firstly, any tablet in itself will never be an alternative to a full-fledged desktop computer. Be very clear as to why you are investing in to this in the first place. My top reason was that I wanted a tablet with more functionality than that offered by an android or iOS.Build – It is a mesh up of plastic with a metal frame all around. Be careful not to carry it with keys or metal objects as it may scratch. The metal stand is sturdy and offers good support – I haven’t had any mishaps.Connections– 3.5 mm headphone jack, micro USB, USB 3.0 port, microSD card slot, micro-HDMI and a power port.Touchscreen – Capacitive screen is super responsive! The resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels ensures an almost crystal clear quality. The high definition videos I have played have displayed extremely well without lag!Processor – Ok so technical jargon aside, it makes the most out of the hardware. I have had multiple apps run smoothly without any lag. Having said that, I haven’t used it to play any games so I am not sure how well it would cope with those.Camera – Leaves a lot to be desired at 2 megapixels but it wasn’t the reason I had bought this so I am not too fussed. Besides I almost always use my phone for video calls.Battery – I have been able to get between 4 to 6 hours of use depending on use.Setup – Super easy! On first startup it gives you an option to choose language and after that I had it up and running within 5 minutes.Please note that it does not come with a keyboard and you will have to buy it separately.As again, be clear as to why you are investing the money here, it certainly works well for what it is and I haven’t had any issues so far. Overall, I am satisfied with it and it has been serving me well on the long commutes. I have managed to stay on top of work!

Nice small computer for a student but specifications are different to that on line and I need replacement immediately

Highly recommended straight out of the box, easy set up and much faster than my old note book with loads more space, only improvement I would have liked would be an extra usb port but not to much of an issue as it will easily run a multi adaptor if you need to.
