Very unsatisfied with this ring and customer service. Ordered as a gift for my mom, the first one came with a missing rhinestone. So I replaced it with a new one. The new one has two brighter colored blue rhinestones. Not happy at all.

Its pretty but the stones keep falling out. Ordered one for Christmas, first stone fell out on Christmas within an hour of the ring being worn. Ordered a replacement and loe and behold, another stone fell out as soon as it was put on. This also happened with another style I ordered from them last year. The replacement was solid. Need to work on your consistency in manufacturing

I love this ring. I used it in place of the band that I had which was lost at the jewelers before my wedding. It is beautiful, however, three stones fell out within the first week despite being very careful with it. The seller was great though and replaced it immediately. So beauty wise, its great, workmanship soso because of the stones falling out but customer service was great.

I purchased this to wear for every day. ( I have hidden my real stuff all over the house and can't remember where half of it is.) I wore this to work every day (I'm a teacher) and took it off as soon as I got home. One of the stones fell out last week. I had it only a couple of months.

Although the stones look pretty real the metal finish rubbed off and. Many stones fell out in the 2 weeks I had it. Got to wear while wedding band repaired

I wore this ring for a week and 2 stones came loose and are gone forever. This is the 2nd ring I have ordered from Amazon, this unfortunate thing has happened too. They have pretty rings, but the stones are not secure. Very disappointing

I should have known it would not be pave and it is too high on my finger

Disappointed that after a month one of the stones already fell out, but otherwise the ring is very pretty, and it arrived really fast.
