Excellent next day delivery.. so far so good.. seems to be, and feels like good quality.. cover lovely and soft, however like alot of others on the market , a little too thin.. would definitely recommend..

A lovely cosy cover.

Bought this for my Mum who suffers with cold feet at night. She loved the furry case as it is so soft. One small thing, it could be made a little more loose around the the neck to make it easier to get the hot water bottle out, in order to take the wrapping off. Otherwise very happy. Thank you

Decent sized hot water bottle, that stays warm for longer than my other bottles (which are smaller than standard size).I was worried that I wouldn't like the 'filling cap' being exposed, but this hasn't bothered me at all.I have found the cover to be very soft and good quality. It doesn't really 'moult' at all, which is good for a faux-fur product.Best of all, it doesn't have a strong 'rubbery' smell. A different bottle I have smells really badly of rubber when filled with hot water... this one is MUCH more pleasant to have on my lap in the office! :o)

Very quick delivery. The outer cover is lovely and cosy, very cuddly. Normal sized hot water bottle which is just the right size.

I'd ordered one of these before as the first one was lovely and fluffy. The second one was such a disappointment, it was thin and a very poor version of the first one that I'd ordered from the same company some time ago

I found that this product retained heat far longer than I had expected.

Sturdy bottle but terrible cover. Started pulling as we took it out of the bag. Thrown away the cover and would not buy again. There are other bottles without covers at a cheaper price on Amazon.
