Right hole is a bit bigger only.

Works great! A tad different only but besides that everything aligns well and runs great. Fits an Integra 1991 Special Edition Manuel Transmission.

Not for a 91 integra!!!

These people have lied... it's not for a 91 integra, it does not fit the B18...I have a B18A1 and the bolts do not line up...
