Un Ramble Lo

I have worn a pair of Clarks for the last 25 years with the Un Ramble Lo being the latest purchase. They were very tight in width for the first few weeks until they broke in, now they are fine. I usually wear a standard width shoe with no exceptions, but these were tight out of the box. Overall, they are very comfortable and I wear them all day. Why then did I put a 2 star on the shoe? Well, let me tell you. The right shoe has developed, almost from the start, and "air release" or "swishing" sound in the heal with every step. The left shoe is fine but with every alternating step, I hear this "psshh" sound...quite annoying. I have reached out to Clarks Customer service and they have been less than helpful (I would give them a -2 if I could). I received the standard auto reply shortly after submitting my concern where they said someone would reply to me soon but hey are very busy. Two weeks later I get a reply after multiple follow ups to their robo-email (in which they encouraged me to reply with any additional information I may have regarding my issue). The responder said "hey, sorry to hear you have a "squeak"...try some talc in the shoe...good luck to you, Call our 800# if the problem persists. Truly unimpressed by their slow response and their inaccurate understanding of my problem (not a squeak, but an air release). I expected so much more from a company I once admired for their outstanding shoes.

This is a beautiful shoe. I also got a good price for it. The left shoe was alittle tight, and since I had surgery on that toe I was afraid to keep the shoe since it was alittle tight on my left toe. However, if the shoe fits I think it will be a very comfortable and nice looking shoe.

I bought these for my dad ... he LOVES them. Wears them almost everyday . They are great for walking , great arch support , SUPER lightweight . You guess dress up like business casual or these look great too with denim .

My husband is SO PARTICULAR about shoes and he says these feel like slippers. He also needed shoes with no metal to get through the scanners at work and these have no metal.

This is a very comfortable shoe with decent arch support, and it looks good. I have walked miles as a tourist exploring a city wearing these. I was warned to get it a size wider than I usually wear because it is cut narrow, and this was good advice.

Fit well. Last pair I bought of a different style creased by the toe box. This pair was good. Only issue I have is with the price, which seems a little steep.

The width and comfort are as described and we are happy with the quality of this shoe.

fit as expected . lil narrow but i need to use slimer socks that's all.
