The product arrived on time and installed around the house easily but the main unit (Touch Panel Control) was not able to hold in its memory more than 2 sensors. Each time a new sensor was added to the system the first one was deleted. When contacted the supplier he gave again the same instructions with no actual solution to the problem. I have requested a return/refund which was approved by Amazon and once the supplier received the product back he claimed that 2 sensors were damaged and wanted to charge me for their value, note that the sensors were not damaged but only used the double face sticker (included on the product) to install them on the doors..

I installed my new Curve alarm panel and room detectors plus two door sensors. On swirch on the panel readout was very difficult (for me 76yrs) to read to try pair ups etc, at this point i decided to employ an alarm expert who paired up my sensors to panel but every time he tried with the outside siren it only operated when the alarm was disarmed.I have reterned the siren at the request of the alarm engineer to change and i will up date you accordingley.Best wishes Amazon, Michael Bell LEEDS 15.

no complaints on delivery but did not work new panel was sent that did not workso tried a different cable got it working paired remotes fobs and detectorsbut external siren will not connect and internal the same would not recommendawaiting reply so can send it all back ,,,

This is really good value for money. Most alarms don’t come with enough PIRs for a house. If I’d bought another brand it would have cost more to add enough sensors. I also had one before with no internal siren and I struggled to tell if the alarm was set because I’m half deaf. This is good quality but I’d agree that the instructions aren’t great. A step by step would have been good.

Purchased over 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Instructions very poor with poorly translated English and support not great when you can get through.Would avoid as alarm keeps triggering in middle of night and its loud (1 positive) but now thinking of ripping out the unit and putting in a competing product.

This product was so simple to install, I managed to be all fitted and live on the fantastic app within 1 hour, I now feel safe leaving the property with alerts coming to my phone if alarm sounds, great product, can next day, super quick delivery and great UK support...

Useless incorrect instructions, Android App doesn't work, a long drawn out process on iPhone to install taking many hours to eventually get to work after receiving numerous updates to the incorrect instructions. Stressful. Poor quality of product and service, blaming everything on the App Developer. Backup battery does not work, stressful. Looks good on paper but don't waste your time

Maybe I wouldn’t have lost all my valuable family memories if I had this last month before I was robbed.Please take my advise if your looking at this Upgrade NOW!!! dont be like me shopping after the event.
