Great customer service.
Great product but even better customer service. Had to have this prior to a hunting trip but could not get it shipped out in time. Contacted the seller and they shipped it the next morning with a 2 day ship time. Used it elk hunting and it performed very well.

Misleading marketing
To start, the product itself is fine. Looks and fits great, however I will draw your attention to the very first sentences on the kryptek company’s product page for these overwhites before I express my problem:“ Derived from combat with proven effectiveness after testing and feedback from U.S. and Coalition Special Operations Forces, Kryptek Overwhites are designed to fit over your gear, offering protection and concealment amongst the snow.”This seems to paint a picture that this is mil spec gear suitable for duty use in that type on environment and yet the fabric glows extremely bright when viewed under night vision.I messaged kryptek and received this response:“ these are not NIR compliant. If they were, we would have depicted them as such in the product description. These are built for multi use at an affordable price point.”Obviously the marketing team didn’t get the memo or just outright lied about who exactly uses these and for what. If you’re a hunter great , go for it. If you’re a “professional user” of any flavor, just be aware that neither these nor the crye alpine overwhites are nIR compliant so you will be a solid color under NV.

Check around locally first
Overall they’re great. However I found these at a local store for $80 cheaper so I sent them back with a smile on my face

Difficult to manipulate fasteners.
Overall, the fit and color of this set is effective and comfortable. But the system of fasteners is a gigantic PITA to operate. The waist has three buttons on each side, fastened by long pieces of webbing, that are very difficult to fasten and unfasten, especially when wearing gloves. The zippers down the side of each leg create very obvious white stripes, which ruin the effect of the camo pattern. And at the bottom, the zippers have double sliders attached to the very thin, wispy fabric, which are also a giant PITA to fasten and unfasten.Overwhites should be easier to don and doff than these are. It's an exercise in frustration just to get the zippers to connect at the bottom before zipping them up the sides. And WTF is up with three buttons on each side of the waist? It's like trying to pick a lock to get these on and off, or to access your pants pockets through them. Lose all the buttons, put one snap at each side of the waist, and be done with it.
