I purchase several things on Amazon, and was giving pretty in-depth reviews. From this point on, here's the new agenda…. if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds the description, is a value, and arrives in a fair amount of time, it will get a "star rating" equal to what my expectations were/are. If it doesn't meet these criteria, then I will most definitely and descriptively tell the short comings of the products and you as a consumer will not have to go through the trouble of buying the product without some background knowledge. If the sell pulls that item and relists under another description I will put the exact same review on the seller's feedback page. Seller's have done this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then as well as now. DR

It does what it says. My fault for not purchasing a bit of a newer one that had more ability. It does work. My knowledge has grown after this :)

There’s nothing special about this card. I needed a very cheap video card for a quick Ryzen budget build for a client. The CPU required I have a dedicated graphics card to work so I grabbed this. It works well. I wouldn’t try playing games with this card but if you need a cheap card that will work this seems like a solid pick. BTW this card works with Windows 10..

I am running 32 bit Windows 7 on a Dell 755 which I bought several years ago for around $100 I should have upgraded to 64 bit then but now everything is installed so upgrading to a 64 bit OS means reinstalling all of my programs. So to speed things up I want from two cores to 4 with an Intel Q9650. That helped a lot but Quickbooks was still SLOW switching to it and starting new functions. (like going from invoicing to checks) I upgraded the video card because this card was so cheap I though I would try it. I am amazed how much a difference it made. There are still pauses but they are so small it is barely annoying. I ALSO DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER FOR THIS BOARD FROM AMD! Windows experience gave my graphics a 1.0 rating and after I download the drivers I got a 5.0 rating. (the graphics on the motherboard had a 3.1 rating) This board does not have a VGA connection so I had to also purchase a cable, AmazonBasics DVI to DVI Cable - 9.8 Feet (3 Meters) $10.00. With that upgrade to DVI I got better video quality. Luckily the screen had a DVI connection if not you would have to buy a DVI TO VGA adapter. Since I did not go that route I can not say how well they work. For gamers this card is hopelessly outdated but if you are running older software on an older machine it can make a BIG IMPROVEMENT. I have also looked up the board and it has one of the lowest power consumption and is a lot quieter than most of the boards in it's class.

Video Card works fine in Windows 7, But I needed it for Windows 10, and it did not work for Windows 10. so I had to order another video card..,. I did not try in for gaming. and its a video card, so Noise level?

this is exactly what I needed. I am not a gamer but still don't see why video graphics have to be so expensive. This gives exactly the same quality for my use, which includes streaming video, as any OEM , on board or add- on that I have ever seen. To tweak it for yours you might have to download AMD driver; I did and it grabbed default for audio. I did not want that, easily changed that back and it works perfectly.
