Could not get it to sinc with my iPhone X.Not much functionality without the app interface. Website is no help.After initially posted a single star, the company contacted me within an hour. We went through all the troubleshooting steps we could think of and it still wouldn’t sinc with my phone. Sometimes a widget gets through the QA system.Works great as a local readout.The company refunded my $.Upgraded from single star to 3 based on their response to me.

Terrible product. I am on my second unit and it absolutely will no pair with my iPhone 8 Plus. They have no support, no website. Nothing. Without pairing to the phone, it’s a worthless product.

Although I couldn’t get it to work at first. Larissa reaches out to me and was able to troubleshoot.

The first unit Had issues staying connected via bluetooth to the app. Was sent a new unit within two days andthe 2nd unit seems to be working.

Good quality and pretty easy to use. Will recommend more friends to buy!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Pairing this with my Android phone took less than 5 minutes. Don’t know why people can’t pair with their IPhone. I didn't even have to punch in a password. Downloading the app wasn't as easy. When I did a search for the app on Google Play it didn't come up so I had to scan the bar code from the instruction sheet to find the right app. Once connected and with the app running I was able to monitor all 6 probes from the app and with being able to add my own temp setting I was about to set the app to notify me when the meat reached the right temperature.The 2 issues I had was the probes were too big to fit through the hole on the side of my smoker so I had to run the cables under the lid. I will enlarge the hole for future cooks. The other issue was the app kept notifying me the connection was lost with the main unit. Granted I was in my garage and the smoker was in the backyard but there was a direct line of sight between the two with only the door leading into the garage that might have been blocking communication.Overall I got a great deal after an online discount and have been pleased with the performance of the thermometer.

Worked fine. Good actually. But will no longer sync with phone. Base unit works fine, but kinda defeats purpose of a wireless thermometer

Alright, I originally gave this 1 star, as it was difficult to get the device to sync. The company contacted me, didn't expect that, and gave me the pic I posted. If you follow that instead of the provided instructions, it should work. I am a sucker for , "How can we make this better sir"?
