Does the job and looks nice even when no coats are on it

The edges of the long horizontal piece of wood chip easily in transit and ruins the whole look. The seller has an ambiguous returns policy which essentially allows them to refuse return postage costs. The label generated by the seller is not postage paid. The item is oddly shaped and whilst not big or heavy, one of the lengths exceeds Royal Mail limits for a small parcel so you must pay the postage for a medium or large parcel! All of this makes it very unattractive to return the item once received.

Nice product. Easy to install.

Easy to assemble, easy to fit to a wall, nice dark wood and a good amount of hooks/prongs for hats.

Garbage. This is better off in landfill. We might have got one that slipped through quality control but I doubt it
