Dangerous electrical fault
This item developed a dangerous electrical fault 2 months after infrequent and light use. The fuse in the unit blew itself to bits and tripped the house mains supply circuit breaker.I requested the returns policy and received the following reply:-dear customer,thank you for your message,you bought this product on 2021-06-28 ,More than 2 months pass after you bought this product,we are so sorry to tell you we don't support return now,and we are so sorry for this situation ,we can issue you 25 % as a compensation if you can repair itdo you agree?if you have any other question, please feel free to contact me,best wishesThe offer has now raised to 30% however this misses the point. The unit broke after a short time of light use and thus should be replaced or a full refund issued.
