I have used the TRX brand extension system in the gym. I took a chance on This cheaper system, I’m so glad I did! It is very study and complete and is better quality than the TRX brand, which is three times the price.

That's a great set. It seems the suspension trainer is made of good quality material the resistance is more than enough and the handles are soft and comfy. There are some bolts and connectors for fixing it to the wall I haven't fix it because it can usable on pull up bar(I use it on my pull up bar). Connectors and stitches are pretty good. I was looking for a decent suspension trainer and this one worked out well for me and I have no regret so far.

This is a very affordable workout strap, and provides a nice simple workout for all ages. I am a 73 year old male and it provides me with a stable platform to work both strength and flexibility. My trainer and therapist recommended this model and I am very happy with my purchase.

loved this one because its only single anchor. way easier to bring the straps together with this one. my cousin had one with dual straps and it was difficult to make straps even. materils r high quality. good bargain

I liked the price a lot. And the product doesn't seem significantly different from trx which is around 3x more expensive. I can't exactly complain about the range of motion because i live in an apartment with 8' ceilings and even shorter door tops. I've just been using the door for an anchor and with that the straps tend to dig into my shoulders when I'm facing away from it doing chest presses and whatnot. It needs to hang vertically. I'm not sure how to locate a beam, just ceiling joists. Not really the products fault. My only wish is that it had a good users manual included with it. I have to look up all the exercises online and especially with the bands because i haven't used them before. Overall I'd say if you're just trying this kind of system out I'd definitely but this one to see if it's going work for you.

Just had it for a little over a week now. Short and sweet it gets the job done! Good price and awesome quality. I was a bit hesitant because it wasn't the official TRX product, but in the end I'm satisfied with their product.

I haven’t used the mount at all I have a spot In the workout room of my building that I loop the suspension straps to so I can’t say if that’s any good but the straps work as well as the TRX for a fraction of the price I’ve had mine for a long time and they are still in excellent condition

Before going pro, I decided to go with this cheaper option and to my luck... its actually made of very high quality material. They are even better than the ones they have at my gym. These ones are stronger, which creates a better feel while trying to stay in balance. Was a good catch for me.
