I have had this device for a few weeks, I tested it indoor before I get someone to put it up outdoor. This camera is a bit cheaper than similar ones, that's the main reason I pick this one.I download Camhi app for my android phone and HiP2P for my computer by input the unique UID number. The image is pretty clear and there are 3 modes to choose from. The turning angle is very big, 355 degrees and tilt rotation range are 90 degrees. It does not come with detail HiP2P instruction, this you have to figure it out by yourself.I had opened the back cap to insert the memory, this is a great protection for an outdoor camera to stay dry and in good operation. The waterproof level is IP66, it should be enough for an outdoor camera.

Preset #8 causes camera to roam continually, bad for motors though..Bought 2 cameras discounted to $85 each final price coupon1 camera failed to light IR or White LED lights 2nd night of use..Resetting factory defaults, rebooting, several times didn't resolve problem..Enter: Amazon Product Support via Msg service.. Great folks, doing their best to assist.Conclusion of Support advisor was to send replacement which arrived 40 hours later..Replacement camera failed Power On self test..Camera refused to pan more than about 160º Nor would it tilt up/downNow I have 2 Bunk cameras with a return authorization for 1Helpful folks at Amazon 888 Customer Service sorted out return shipping of 2 failed units, already on their way back, while I kept the 3rd camera.. Time will tell as to durability..Nice little camera when they work, poor reliability.

I purchased three of these cameras on a special after my dad died to keep an eye on his property. I received them on about January 25th 2019. Being busy it took me a month to install one of them outside at my dad's house and it worked well until I had to remove it at the end of April.I installed one of the other cameras, (not the one that had been set up) at my house around June 1st. This camera is still new never been used or set up. Worked very well for a month and a half. In July, I noticed on several occasions that I would go and look at it and it would not connect locally. My browser would say website not found. An hour later it would connect fine. This started happening more and more and I would have to unplug it to reset it which was easier than climbing up on a ladder. The power cables and supply are installed as they mention without a 12 volt extension cable etc.For a five star review, I shouldn't have to replace one of them after 3 months of service and a month or so of good service. I think it has a one year warranty but not certain how to contact tech support and see if they would accept the return for a replacement.

Opened the package started to read the instructions for this outside plz camera. In emphized red letters it states don’t extend the power cable or your warranty is in valid as it might burn the camera motherboard. The power cable is 10 inches long. Where can you find power within 10 inches of an installed outside camera. For me it’s impossible as this is a pole mounted camera or flat mounted. Either way 10 inches is crazy. Sent it back for a refund.

This camera picture quality was awesome (wired). Configured wirless, got it installed. Then the wireless stopped working. Got it connected to the NVR and was playing around with the PTZ. Then it started making funny noises 5 mins. later. Rebooted, factory reset, unpluged/pluged. No more wireless connectivity. I guess the comments about "quality" on here are dead on! Don't feel like playing the "how long will this last" game with this company! Returning and ON THE NEXT ONE.

Camera showed up and are of good quality. If I had known how good this camera is, I would have bought it much sooner. Easy to install and operate. Well worth the money.
