For some reason this order was shipped now (nov) when everything i've seen says they are heading into dormancy, do i put these aside for spring?

I treat my caladiums like annuals here in North Texas. I planted mine in a pot and will dig up the bulbs and bring them in for the winter. If you live in a warmer place you may be able to plant them now. We had a really bad freeze this past February and I probably would have lost them.

Outdoor plant. They are annuals and love a shady spot. They are frost sensitive depending on your zone. They are a beautiful plant.

Please let me know if it is normal for the bulbs to be a bit dry?

No problem. You must put them in water for a couple of hours before planting .

How do i prune or cut back the dead flower blossoms on a hydrangea plant. and can it tolerate heat in fl?

I do see some in Texas, but I have never tried.
