As a food stylist, we're always looking for gadgets. This is great, easy to use. practice with other veggies, use you imagination.

The only thing this makes is shards of broken carrot. The blade is not thin or sharp enough just breaks off bits of carrots. A garbage mess and waste of carrots.

My daughter has one and she loves it. I have seen YouTube videos where people have made beautiful carrot flowers with this tool. I am 79 with bad osteoarthritis and I can not apply the constant pressure needed to make this work. For me, this tool is useless but for younger people this is probably just what you need to make great vegetable flowers.

i do a lot of garde manger work and thought this would help. It's exactly like putting a carrot in a pencil sharpener ,not a good idea. Impossible to get proper cuts because the blade is dull as a spoon. Its handle is cheap and try cleaning between the cheap metal grater on the outer shell. I used it for one carrot and it came out unusable for a garnish. the best way to make a carrot flower or get this design ids by hand.

terrible tool to use. I thought it would be awesome for decorating and garnishing, but the blade is so dull that the carrot gets stuck in there and then you have to use another tool to pick out the piece of carrot. I tried doing a cucumber, but all it did was making a juicy mess.

The media could not be loaded. The carrot peeler is lite weight but very strong and made of a strong material. I had the big peeler in the past but it is getting difficult to wash or dishwasher it as it occupies lot of space. The tiny peeler comes handy and works great. Over all this is a must for any kitchen, Strongly recommend giving this product a try.
