Gooder Home Diamond Series Top Ironing Board, Sturdy and Deluxe Ironing Board - Extra Cover Included.

Wasn't sure about this thing looking at it on line. It's odd size gave me concern. Well, I am absolutely filled with glee over this purchase. I'm a big guy at 6'3" and 285 so I have to buy big clothes which are a real pain to iron on a normal ironing board. Not with this baby! It's like ironing on an aircraft carrier and you can raise the board higher than you could with a standard ironing board. No squeaky, cheap sounding crap from Target or Walmart! I got me a Cadillac! I actually look forward to using this damn thing!

First the plastic cord minder was not correctly assembled. The screw missed the socket and taped into the side rendering it useless. This was no big problem. The big problem was the legs. They fell off after first fold. An hour later of reverse engineering found the stationary leg hinge needed to be set into key hole. The hinge is double stamped so first key goes through second stays on inside locking in place. Wish I found this second. The second issue was with the pivot pin in legs. It is held in place with a starlock push on fastener. This must come off so you can get the roller portion of legs in track. It appears when fastening the starlock the pin was bent. Went to hardware store and got nut and bolt to replace. Got it all together. Bought due to the reviews, glad everyone else got a good board. I wrote this for the other poor person may get what I got. Take the leg hinge out first then attach to board frame, may save you some time.

Well. If you, like me, have been using the same ironing board for 30 years, do yourself a favor and upgrade your board to this one. It’s a game changer.Doesn’t wobble, nice and wide, great tray on the end for holding my iron. Which I now want to upgrade as it’s about as old as my old ironing board.The cover/padding could be a little better hence the 4 not 5 stars. Otherwise I’m pleased.Mostly I iron for sewing projects and this board seems great upon first use.

This is a very fine ironing board. Sturdy, easy to put up and take down, not wobbly on a hard surface floor, everything I could have asked for. It also has an GREAT iron holder. This company is outstanding to deal with, there was an issue that they took care of immediately. I would purchase this again.

I don’t iron very often but when I do I wanted a sturdy wide board. I noticed it was a bit unstable first couple of uses. Then folded it one time and leg sliders were completely off track. I know think the original Wobblies was from a missing wheel. Can’t get it back on track. Board is useless to me. Can’t figure out how to put the legs on for upright stance. A big disappointment.

It said on the website only the box was damaged but that was untrue , one of the legs is unattached to the base. I want my money back & this replaced. I drive a small car & cant possibly fit the long box in my car either front to back or sideways. I trusted you on the description. Kindly arrange this to be picked from my doorstep as I don’t want it if it’s broken

Bought used and took 3 tries to get a stable, level, or unbroken one. After first arrived noticed padding was not thick enough not to feel metal through it, so I ordered another 8 mm pad to put under this one. Latch is not smooth but works. Excited to try out my purchases.
